Self-serve Defined Chase Portal subscription.
Version 1 — plain-language summary, subject to refinement
The portal is a subscription. You choose your billing cadence at checkout:
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT / sales tax; the applicable tax is added at checkout based on your billing country. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time from your portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period (see the guarantee and refunds below).
Instead of cancelling, you can pause billing for a set period, self-serve, from your portal. Your access continues during the pause, and billing automatically resumes when the pause ends. Pause availability and limits are shown in the portal at the time you pause.
Try the portal for 30 days. If you do not feel clearly more confident about which campaigns to scale, fix, or cut, email support within 30 days of purchase and we will refund 100 percent of your first month.
This applies to your first subscription purchase — whether that is the portal, the portal with AI Access, or AI Access added to an existing portal.
Fair-use: the guarantee applies to your first purchase. So we can see you actually gave it a fair try, we may ask that you connected at least one ad account and signed in at least 3 times. It covers your first month (or, on annual prepay, the equivalent first month) and is not available on renewals or repeat purchases.
To request a guarantee refund, or for any billing question, email us at info@definedchase.com. We'll confirm the refund to your original payment method. Outside the guarantee window, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, but reach out and we'll do our best to sort it fairly.
These purchase terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern your use of the portal and how we handle your data.
